I run construction projects — holding the schedule and budget, and keeping owners, designers, and dozens of subcontractors pulling in the same direction.
Twelve-plus years in, I've worked nearly every seat on a Westland project — project engineer, assistant PM, project manager, superintendent, scheduler — often several at once these days. That range means I coordinate easily across the whole team — owners, designers, and the subcontractors actually doing the work — because I've sat in most of those seats myself.
On the build side I've been the GC's commissioning lead on $250M+ of work — functional and integrated testing of electrical distribution, standby/emergency power, cooling plants, and fire-suppression / life-safety systems, through acceptance and turnover.
More and more, the job is data. I built a portfolio scoring and tracking dashboard in Power BI that pulls Procore, our ERP, and SmartPM into one executive view, and I run cross-portfolio Primavera P6 scheduling for Westland's active pipeline.
I grew up in Boulder City, studied Construction & Facilities Management at BYU, and spent two years in Lima, Peru, where I became fluent in Spanish. I'm based in St. George now.

Ran two Nauvoo, IL projects at once. Nauvoo Temple Visitors' Center — led 5 reports through field execution and turnover under Westland's founder toward a mid-2026 public opening, ahead of schedule. Brigham & Mary Ann Young Home — lead PM with full P&L control and period-correct historic preservation, phased around museum operations.
